1. CHRISTIANS BELIEVE IN THE CONCEPT OF ORIGINAL SIN.
This is the mistake made by Adam and Eve - peace be upon them - at the beginning of time whereby they disobeyed Allah and ate from the forbidden tree. The Bible teaches that this sin is on all of mankind from the moment they are born onwards.
In Islam, every human being is born pure, innocent & sinless. Everybody is accountable for their own sins and they are certainly not accountable for the sins of people who died thousands of years before they were born. This is completely illogical and Islam rejects this notion.
From a purely spiritual angle, the Christian viewpoint leads to an inherent guilt which is passed on from generation to generation. It is because of this type of excessive guilt which the human being must carry, especially within the Catholic religion, which has led to many extreme positions being taken throughout history.
For example, during the Middle Ages, the Pope banned perfume because he considered anything beautiful to be demonic. Later, another Pope banned chocolate on the grounds that anything pleasurable is also demonic.
This type of guilt extremism comes from the idea of the original sin where anything vaguely enjoyable might turn into a sin.
Whereas, Islam allows pleasurable activities within the bounds of the law. It is far more balanced overall. For example, perfume is allowed for men in private and public whereas it is allowed for women only in the company of their husbands. As for chocolate, no Islamic scholar has written a book about the relationship between chocolate and Iblees.
Not yet anyway.
Perhaps somewhere, there is a scholar called Sheikh Cadbury bin Dairy Milk who may be working on this as we speak.
Chocoholics should watch this space for further news.

2. CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT JESUS IS A GOD.
Muslims believe that God does not have human characteristics of having sons or having parents & that Jesus was born miraculously of the Virgin Mary, & was a noble messenger of God & that his original followers knew this.
Unfortunately, the phrase "son of God" has been misinterpreted by Christians to think that this is some type of divine attribute. According to Hebrew and Aramaic scriptures of old, this phrase only means that the person named is a godly person, but they are pious and loyal to the lord.
The Bible is written in ancient Aramaic, ancient Hebrew and ancient Greek which less than 1% of Christians understand. They are therefore at the mercy of the Bible translators who often have their own agendas and our keen to attribute divinity to Jesus, peace be upon him, whether the evidence is there in the books or not.
It is quite clear to anybody logical that a being that is given birth to by a woman cannot possibly be a god. Additionally, it should be clear to anybody with common sense that if Jesus ate food and drank water, which certainly did according to all the scriptures, this means that he needed it to stay alive.
Additionally, when somebody eats food, they will have to at some point visit the bathroom and divine being do not visit bathrooms. It is an extremely serious offense to attribute these human functionalities to the greatness of God and this is why shirk is considered the greatest sin of all.
This particular sin makes people think God is less than is and also makes an attempt to degrade the Divine. This is why the vast majority of the Christians in the world are not monotheists even if they claim that they are.

3. CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED FOR THE SINS OF MANKIND WHILE MUSLIMS BELIEVE THAT BABIES ARE BORN SINLESS.
The Bible teaches that all human beings are born with sin on their record because of the so-called original sin. It teaches that humans labour under the weight of sin from the day they are born until the day they die, including the sins of ancestors.
They also believe that the sins are not wiped out by one's own good deeds but rather by the blood of Jesus who was allegedly crucified over 2,000 years ago.
If you follow this logic through, human beings should continue to sin as often as they wish because the price has already been paid by the crucifixion incident. This is highly illogical and morally dangerous. This might explain why thousands of Christian priests throughout history have abused children and not felt particularly bad about it. Perhaps in their own minds, they are thinking: yes we are engaging in horrible sexual acts but the price has already been paid by Jesus so we don't need to worry about it.
Muslims, however, believe that no one is burdened by the sin of another & that Jesus was protected & raised up by God unharmed, & that another person was crucified in confusion, that people thought was Jesus & that Jesus will return, peace be upon him. Islam teaches that nobody can pay the price for somebody else's sins. This would make god unjust and unfair.
This is not a concept that Muslims can ever accept but it is a central part of Christianity. It would be like somebody in Birmingham committing a robbery or a murder and then the judge throwing one of his neighbours into jail even though the neighbour was in another city at the time. Such a judge would be considered a lunatic and we cannot attribute these qualities of unfairness and injustice to God himself.

4. CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THAT THE LAWS OF PREVIOUS PROPHETS ARE NOT VALID ANYMORE.
Muslims believe that Jesus himself followed God’s laws & commanded people to do so & that the Quran contains the most up to date & final law to be followed by humans. So Christians today believe that the boys don't need to be circumcised, they believe alcohol can be drunk and they also believe that pork can be consumed on a daily basis even though Jesus, peace be upon him, did not eat pork once in his life.
This attitude has gone even further to the point where Christian countries today have mostly banned the death penalty for blasphemy even though the Torah, the New testament, the Old testament and the Quran all agree that a blasphemer should be put to death.
While someone might argue that this is against the modern principle of freedom of speech, if blasphemers are allowed to insult God and his prophets, the mockery will eventually lead to disdain for these figures. This is one of the reasons we have such a godless society today. God himself has been mocked and the prophets of God are mocked on a daily basis on television, on radio and on the internet.
The fact that divine laws are being ignored and replaced with human laws is one of the reasons why society has declined morally. The so-called Christian world has abandoned the teachings of Jesus, peace be upon him.
This is despite Jesus himself contradicting them as he said, according to the Bible:
"For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
Matthew 5:18 King James Bible

5. CHRISTIANS PRAY TO JESUS AND MARY WHEREAS MUSLIMS PRAY ONLY TO GOD.
Although Christians claim to be monotheists, I see Jesus and Mary as intermediaries between them and God. The attribute some of god's divine qualities to this mother and son combination, to the point where they will pray to Jesus and Mary rather than God himself. Catholics even have a history of calling Mary "the mother of God" and when they are in a difficult situation, the engagement special prayer which is known as "hail Mary."
This prayer is mentioned in a very famous scene in Godfather 2, the 1974 movie, in which Michael Corleone orders the murder of his brother Fredo.
They also believe in the Catholic religion that it is perfectly acceptable to confess one's sins to a Catholic priest and he will forgive you "on behalf of God."
While Christians claim to be monotheists, it is a rather weak argument that they are making because the evidence shows that they pray to and ask forgiveness from, created beings rather than just the Creator.
Muslims believe prayer should only be directed to God, the Creator & sustainer of the worlds & to worship other than God is to go against everything God said in the previous scriptures. Muslim pray to Allah alone. Worshiping any being other than God himself is considered the one unforgivable sin which are human being can commit.
Muslims also believe that sins are forgiven by Allah and not by any human beings.
